Truth or dare?
Seven minutes in heaven. What a beautiful name for a stupid game.
You agreed to “play a game” when Jessica asked you to but you didn’t agree to be locked in a closet, stuck between shelves and Montgomery de la Cruz for seven long minutes. Anyone who knew you, knew that you never got along with each other, and locking you in a tiny space was far from being the greatest idea but Justin did it. “Let’s play a game.” Montgomery suddenly said after just a few seconds in the dark.
“We already are playing a game.” Taking a deep breath, you spoke again. You might as well do something to pass time. “What game?”
“Classic. Truth or dare?”
“Seriously Montgomery?” No response. “Truth.”
“Why do you hate me?”
“Why do you?”
He chuckled. “Not my turn yet. Answer.”
The space between you felt suddenly even smaller and the air got hotter. “I… I don’t hate you, it’s just we’re not friends. Truth or dare?”
“Dare.”
“I dare you to tell me why do YOU hate me?”
“A dare is supposed to be an action, miss.” He shot back at you and you could swear he was grinning like an idiot.
Sighing, you rested your back against the shelves behind you. “I can’t think of anything you could do in here.” You expected him to say something but he didn’t. Instead, he moved so his body was fully pressed against yours. “What are you doing?” You knew exactly what he was doing.
“I know something that is a dare and can answer your question at the same time."
"Oh yeah?"
"Yeah.” He whispered before his lips found yours in a soft kiss that tasted like beer and tequila. The warmth that spread through your body made you relax and you quickly found yourself lost in what you weren’t expecting to be doing tonight. “Truth or dare?”
“Dare.”
“Wanna go out tomorrow?”
