“The Summoning Jutsu: Wisdom of the Pervy Sage!”
“That night, having learned that he and his group were nothing more than tools for Orochimaru to test Sasuke, Dosu attempts to assassinate Gaara so he can ruin Orochimaru’s plan by killing Sasuke during the finals. But Gaara quickly kills Dosu; this event is observed from a distance by Kabuto and the Hidden Sand Village’s Jonin Baki as they confer about the planned invasion of Konohagakure by Sunagakure and Otogakure. When they find out that their conversation was overheard by Hayate, Baki quickly murders him. The next day, Naruto resumes his training with Jiraiya. He signs a scroll that will allow him to summon toads. Upon trying to summon a toad, Naruto only manages to summon a tadpole.”

Analysis
There is the use of exposition, where background information is presented about Orochimaru’s plans to help understand the plot better. One of them is that he plans to capture Sasuke and attack the Hidden Leaf Village. Second, the Hidden Sand Village is also part of this plan because of personal reasons concerning military power. When Hayate heard of their conversation, he was going to report this to the third Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village. However, he was killed by Baki. This is bad, as things are getting worse. Orochimaru and the rest are going to attack Hidden Leaf Village during the final Chunin exams. Moreover, Orochimaru’s plans are starting to unfold further and further as we continue to watch the rest of the episodes. This further proves that he is the main antagonist of the anime series.
Meanwhile, Naruto resumes his training, which involves summoning Jutsu. For instance, he is supposed to summon a toad, but so far, Naruto is struggling since he only managed to summon a tadpole. Naruto has a lot of training to do.
