The warring states of the world are warming around the new fires of a calamitous war, freed from half a decade in shackles of so-called peace. The seven great lands and seas of humanity are all but controlled by one element. Eifer. They give birth to the wrath of our species and is a breeder of sin. With the ever growing threat of the prosperous Confederacy looming over the continent, the ailing alliance of Aelon lies on an endless path of futile resistance in the face of the vastest invasion since the Second Calamity. Of the billions who would suffer for it, Arminius Reichner, a seemingly commoner schoolboy, is trapped in the outbreak of war. There is but one exit. Yorré Barren was born into an endless war in a world that feared her(or, rather, feared her warlord of a father). After years of training, she and her brother, Axel, are sent on a mission. Little does she know, opposing forces beyond her control plot to take advantage of this opportunity, tasked to hunt down and kill. What will happen when Yorré is split from the group in a panic? Who will she meet? What will she learn?

In the not-too-distant future, conflict after conflict has ravaged what was once the United States. Fractured into confederacies, this once Promised Land is now the breeding ground for armies hell-bent on war. Among the soldiers of this landscape is Darren Avery, a decorated Army captain who has risen to the status of hero over the course of a dozen deployments. Despite the praise and honors bestowed on him, Darren finds himself questioning his purpose after returning home from his latest engagement. In the midst of his self-examination, he comes across a handful of underground activists that preach a concept he has never before considered: peace.

In the past the island country of Rhivera was plagued by famine. The government formed the Population Control Council to keep such a catastrophe from repeating itself. Those deemed weakest by Population Control are eliminated to keep the population at their desired level.

Like all children, Juaquin, Melissa, and Arturo were taught that Population Control is in the right. But when Population Control changes each of their lives irreversibly, their beliefs are shaken. They become part of a conflict which will profoundly change Rhivera forever.

This short novel is about an ordinary teenage girl, Vicky, who stumbles on an object that makes it possible to defy the constraints of time and space. Not fully in control of her time travel ability, she takes a chance and travels to an ancient world in order to solve the mystery of a stolen artifact. Will she ever be able to find the relic and return home or will she have to stay in the prehistoric world forever?
