Lily is being chased by Stormy Weather.
"Heeelp!" The brunette cries as she runs away. She gasps and skids to a stop when Lady Wifi appeared in front of her. She whimpers and tries to run away but Lady Wifi freezes her with a pink pause icon before Stormy Weather traps her in ice with her parasol.
The two villains then clasp hands in victory. Just then Super Nathan arrives. Stormy Weather aims her parasol at him, but he erases it on his tablet.
"Huh?" Lady Wifi was confused for a moment before she rushed forward to freeze Super Nathan.
The superhero swiftly draws a glass cage on his tablet, trapping Lady Wifi and Stormy Weather inside. He then erases the ice block Lily is trapped in.
"Oh, Super Nathan, you're my hero!" The brunette embraces Super Nathan.
"It was nothing." Super Nathan says, embracing her as well.
"I love you!" Lily confessed.
"I love you too, Lily." Super Nathan confessed as well.
"Nathaniel!" Ms. Mendeleiev slams her hand on Nathaniel's desk, snapping him out of his daydream.
"What are you drawing?" She asks.
"Wha, wha-" Nathaniel stammered.
Ms. Mendeleiev picks up a paper from his desk. "And these artistic endeavors are clearly why you are failing science." She drops the paper on the floor before wiping her hand on her shirt.
"I'm sorry..." Nathaniel apologized, looking down in sadness.
"You go march yourself down to the principal's office and show him that checked scratch!" Ms. Mendeleiev ordered as Nathaniel packed his bag. "Then you'll be really sorry!"
Lily frowns at the scene. "Ms. Mendeleiev shouldn't have done that to Nathaniel." She whispered to Alix who was sitting next to her.
"Yeah." Alix whispered back.
Nathaniel starts to make his way towards the door, but unfortunately trips over Mylène's bag, dropping his sketchbook and revealing his sketches of him as a superhero and Lily on display, making everyone gasp.
Marinette picks up the sketchbook while Ms. Mendeleiev picked Nathaniel up by the back of his collar. "Seriously, Nathaniel? You've got a crush on Lily of all people?" She pointed at Lily in the sketch, rolling her eyes.
Lily grew surprised by this, slightly blushing. She looked to Alix, wide-eyed.
"You didn't know?" Alix whispered.
Lily shook her head. 'I thought that it would be Marinette that Nathaniel was crushing on, not me. This is a really unexpected twist.'
"Why would you like Lily? Don't you have better taste?" Marinette sneers at Nathaniel.
Lily gives the blue-haired hypocrite a dirty look while Adrien pursed his lips, feeling slightly jealous.
"Gimme that!" Nathaniel snatches his sketchbook from Marinette.
"Enough! Nathaniel, go!" Ms. Mendeleiev points at the door and Nathaniel quickly runs out.
'Poor Nathaniel.' Lily thought with worry.
"Dupain-Cheng! How could you just put Nathaniel's crush out there?! What the hell is wrong with you?!" Chloé yells at her enemy.
Everyone was surprised as they blonde was a spoiled brat. They never expected her to stand up for Nathaniel of all people.
"Why do you care?" Marinette raised an eyebrow at the Bourgeois girl.
"I don't care that much, but I do have morals, unlike you." Chloé snapped back.
Marinette felt embarrassed and she stayed quiet, not having a comeback.
Lily and Sabrina lightly giggled, glad she had been put in her place.
"The next particle physics presentation group is Nino, Adrien and Lily." Ms. Mendeleiev announces.
Lily looks at Adrien, who is already looking at her. He smiles, making her blush.
"Argh, so unfair!" Marinette turns to glare at Lily, who doesn't notice.
"And then, Sabrina, Chloé, and Marinette."
Marinette groans in annoyance while Alya patted her back.
"Uh, Miss," Chloé raises her hand. "Can't you add Dupain-Cheng to another group? Sabrina and I work much better on our own. Dupain-Cheng would probably slow us down."
Marinette shoots her a harsh look.
"This is a group presentation, not pairs. Deal with it." Ms. Mendeleiev retorted to Chloé.
Chloé just sighs. "How bothersome," She rubs her temples while Sabrina rubbed her back sympathetically.
The bell rang just then, and everyone packed up and began to leave.
Locker Room
"Okay, so the project is a five-page essay," Chloé reviews with Sabrina. "We'll have to do our research in the library."
Marinette approaches the two after entering the room just then.
"Um, is everything okay?" She asks.
Chloé scoffs. "It's fine, Marinette."
"Well then, why can't you help us with the project?" Marinette questioned in an accusing manner.
"I am helping! What? Did you think I was going to sit back and let you and Sabrina handle everything?" Chloé puts her hands on her hips, glaring at her.
"No, that's not what I thought." Marinette protested.
"But you implied it!" Chloé retorts.
"It's not a big deal." Marinette rolls her eyes.
"Oh, screw you, Dupain-Cheng." Chloé snaps, walking away.
"For your information, Chloé's really smart. Just because she's a beauty influencer doesn't mean she's all beauty and no brains. She's won education competitions throughout her childhood, something you never did." Sabrina gave Marinette a cold look before following her BFF.
Marinette bit her lip angrily, feeling humiliated.
School Library. Next Day
Lily reached for a book on a higher shelf. Unfortunately, it was too tall, so she started jumping up to reach it.
"C'mon, c'mon. Eek!" She squeaked in surprise when she suddenly felt herself being lifted up off the ground by her waist.
"Need help?" A teasing voice questioned.
Lily looked down to see Adrien smiling at her. She laughed. "Hey Adrien."
"Hey Lily." Adrien greeted her.
Lily quickly grabbed the book before being lowered back down to the floor, "Thanks, Adrien."
"No problem." Adrien assured her.
"That reminded me of when we were kids, when you'd pick me up to grab something when I couldn't reach it." Lily chuckles.
"Yeah, you were a Shortcake back then. Looks like you still are now." Adrien winks at her.
The Rossi girl playfully scoffs. "Hey!" She lightly hits his arm, giggling.
Even though Lily wouldn't admit it, she started gaining feelings towards Adrien. In the original timeline, Adrien would fall in love with Marinette. But to her point of view, Adrien seemed uncomfortable around Marinette. She couldn't really blame him for that.
Meanwhile, Marinette was glaring heatedly at her. She was sitting at a table nearby with Chloé and Sabrina.
"Dupain-Cheng!!" Chloé yells to get the girl's attention.
She yelps and turns to her. "W-What?"
"Are you even listening to how we wanna do this project? You're so useless!" Chloé insults her enemy. "Sabrina and I would've been better off on our own."
Marinette scoffs quietly.
Lily and Adrien noticed the bitterness between Chloé and Marinette.
"I feel bad for Chloé and Sabrina. Chloé and Marinette are never going to get along." Lily stated.
"Me too. That girl always seems to be distracted by something." Adrien commented.
'Or someone.' Lily thought.
Suddenly, pink lilies, roses and cherry blossoms started gently raining down on Lily, confusing her.
"Lily, how are you doing that?" Adrien asked in shock.
"I'm not." She replies, looking up to see where these flowers were coming from.
Adrien couldn't help but admire her as the flowers fell gracefully on her.
At that moment, a blue bucket appears above Marinette's hair and dumped a huge load of murky green slime on her!
She shrieked in shock, looking at her ruined hands and outfit. "IS THIS SLIME?!"
"I believe so." Lily muttered.
"Yeah." Adrien muttered back.
As Chloé and Sabrina began to laugh at her misfortune, she ran away crying from her humiliation that happened in front of her obsession.
However, Lily and Adrien were shocked before becoming wary, knowing an Akumatized villain caused what happened.
Rossi Residence - Lily's Room
"It was definitely an Akumatized villain that showered you with flowers. Literally!" Tikki says to Lily, sitting by her desk as the said girl is doing her part in the project.
"It was. But we can't do anything about it right now. We just have to wait until they come out of hiding." Lily confirmed.
"Do you know who it is?" Trixx asked.
"Nathaniel. He's known as Evillustrator." Lily replied.
"I'm guessing that Marinette was the cause of him getting Akumatized." Trixx guessed.
"Yeah." Tikki agreed.
Suddenly, Tikki and Trixx sees a shadow in the balcony door window and gasps before they hide behind the sewing machine.
"Huh?" Lily turns to see The Evillustrator coming through her balcony doors! She gasped. "Who are you?!" She got up.
"My name's Evillustrator," He smiles at her, "I wanted to see you."
"So... you were the one who showered me with flowers and poured slime on Marinette?" Lily questioned.
Evillustrator nodded.
"But why did you attack Marinette?" Lily asked.
"Cause Marinette is a bully!" Evillustrator retorted.
"Can't argue with that," Lily shrugged, "Why did you wanna see me? Are you gonna... hurt me?"
"You? You're Lily! You're beautiful, kind, sweet and... you're perfect, I could never hurt you!" Evillustrator replied.
"Uh, thank you?" Lily felt flattered by the praise.
"So, I just came by to ask you, if, uh, well, it's my birthday today, and, uh, would you wanna come to my party?" Evillustrator puts his hand on his head bashfully.
"Oh, um... I actually have a presentation to work on with my group." Lily tells the truth.
"Oh please, Lily! It'll just be you and me," Evillustrator then draws an invitation and offers it to her on one knee.
She takes the invitation and looks at it. It was a sketch of her and The Evillustrator. "Wow! This looks awesome!" She complimented.
"You like it?" Evillustrator asked the brunette.
"I love it," She smiles. "So much that I will absolutely be at your party."
"Fantastic!" Evillustrator stands up, beaming. "Meet you on the left bank," He draws a rocket pack on his pack. "Next to Notre-Dame, at sunset!"
"Please return my doors as they were after you leave." Lily pleaded.
"No problem." Evillustrator assured her as he leaves, and the balcony doors were back to normal.
Lily sits on her bed, sighing as Tikki and Trixx flew out of their hiding place and floats beside her head.
"What are you thinking, Lily?" The Tikki asked.
"I'm trying to think of a plan on how to get Nathaniel back to normal." Lily replied.
This was a little bit trickier than in the original plot line. She couldn't reveal identity as Lady Scarlet in front of Evillustrator and Cat Noir. She could lose the akuma if she ran away and hid to change into her hero identity.
"Well, you can't be two people at once." Trixx commented.
At that moment, Lily got an idea.
"Trixx, can I use 'Mirage' on myself?" Lily asked.
"Yes, you can. Why do you ask?" Trixx questioned.
"I have a plan." Lily took out her phone to make a call.
Meanwhile, Cat Noir was sitting on a rooftop, trying to spot the Akumatized person.
"No luck so far." Adrien muttered.
Then he heard a ringtone from his staff and saw that it was Lady Scarlet calling.
"Lady Scarlet, did you have any luck on finding the Akumatized villain?" Cat Noir asked.
"As a matter of fact, yes." Lady Scarlet replied.
"Really?!" Cat Noir exclaimed in surprise.
"Yeah," Lady Scarlet confirmed, "I also found out who the Akumatized villain is."
"Who is it?" Cat Noir asked.
"Evillustrator." Lady Scarlet replied.
"Evillustrator?" Cat Noir's brow arched.
Cat Noir received a picture just then and took a look of it. It was a photo of Lily in a light orange flower dress with her hair in a ponytail. She had a soft smile on her face doing a peace sign at the camera.
"According to Lily Rossi, Evillustrator is her classmate, Nathaniel Kurtzberg. I believe he got Akumatized when a hypocrite classmate of hers exposed his crush." Lady Scarlet explained.
"Ouch, I don't blame the guy." Cat Noir frowned.
"Anyways, Lily is supposed to be meeting Evillustrator at the left back next to Notre-Dame in a few minutes since it's almost sunset. Will you be there to help me?" Lady Scarlet requested.
"No problem, M'lady." Cat Noir assured her.
"Thanks, Kitty. I knew that I could count on you." Lady Scarlet thanked him before she hung up.
"Okay then. Time to get to work." Cat Noir said before heading towards the Seine.
The Seine. Near Notre Dame. Night
The Evillustrator is adding wonderful touches on his ship for his birthday when a pink butterfly outlined his face.
"That is a lovely little scene you're setting. But I don't want you to get distracted, boy." Hawk Moth says.
"But I just want Lily to love me." Evillustrator replied.
"And I want the Miraculous. So get it! Or else!"
Evillustrator groaned in pain as his hand suddenly began to shake. "Okay, I will, I will!"
"Happy Birthday."
The pink butterfly vanishes off Evillustrator's face as he turned around to face the girl who had wished him Happy Birthday. His eyes immediately widened, and his cheeks heated up to see Lily smiling at him with a pretty outfit on.

"Lily!" He cried happily. He jumped down from his perch and started to show her around. "Thank you for accepting my invitation. You look beautiful..." He then stopped, causing Lily to stop as well to watch as he drew something.
A stunning pink lily with its stem cut appeared and The Evillustrator tucked the lily behind Lily's ear.
"Thank you," Lily nods and continues to walk with him. "This boat is so beautiful." She praised genuinely.
"You like it? Well hold on, 'cause I'm just getting started," The Evillustrator jumped away onto a platform on board.
Just then dark clouds appear in the sky, covering the moon as Evillustrator was about to draw.
"Argh! Come on, you've gotta be kidding!" He shouted angrily.
The sudden shout causes Lily to yelp.
He sees her shocked face just then. "Uhh, sorry. I didn't mean to startle you. It's just... I can't draw properly in the dark." He bends down to a small light and began to draw.
"Oh... interesting." Lily smirks secretly.
An illuminated globe suddenly appears at the top of the miniature Eiffel Tower on the deck of the ship.
"Voila!" The Evillustrator proclaims.
"Now that is what I call a masterpiece!" Lily takes out her phone. "You don't mind if I take a picture, right?"
"I don't mind." Evillustrator smiled at the brunette.
The Evillustrator and Lily were now sitting on a bench on the boat. The latter was watching the musical notes in fascination as they floated off the Evillustrator's tablet and into the night.
Just then Lily notices Cat Noir leaping from roof to roof and grew happy, knowing that he made it.
Lily scoots closer to Evillustrator, "You're so talented! I just don't understand why you wanna use your powers to hurt people."
"Not all people. It was just Marinette." Evillustrator said.
Meanwhile, while the boat passes under the Pont Marie, Cat Noir jumps down onto it and hid behind the two.
"You seem to dislike Marinette a lot." Lily mentions.
"I do. I see how she treats you with Alya. She's such a hypocrite, she calls Chloé a bully, but at least she didn't expose my crush." Evillustrator shakes his head.
"I have to agree with you. Marinette is a huge hypocrite." Lily agreed.
'I have to agree as well.' Cat Noir thought.
"If you don't mind, Evillustrator, can I draw you something special for your birthday?" Lily asked, tilting her head innocently while putting her hand on the stylus, causing the music coming from the tablet to stop.
Evillustrator blushed. "That would be amazing," Just then he noticed Cat Noir, "Lily, gimme my pencil back. I need to draw something, now!"
"No, I'm sorry!" Lily snatched the stylus and got up, running away. "Cat Noir, now!"
Cat Noir reveals himself and extends his staff in front of Evillustrator.
"Lily! You're working with them?" Evillustrator asked her in disbelief. "I'm so stupid... I actually thought you liked me!" Sadness flashed through his eyes.

"I'm sorry, Evillustrator. Lily would want you to be back to normal." Lady Kitsune snapped the stylus, releasing the Akuma.
"NO!" Evillustrator yells in despair and defeat.
"Oh no you don't, you filthy, Akuma!" Lady Kitsune spins her yo-yo and captures the Akuma. "Gotcha!" She opens her yo-yo, releasing the purified butterfly, "So long, butterfly."
After that, she summoned her Lucky Charm which revealed to be a Lady Scarlet themed bouncy ball.
"I wonder what that was going be used for." Cat Noir pondered with his arms crossed in front of his chest.
Lady Kitsune shrugged, "I guess we'll never know," She commented and threw the object in the air, "Miraculous Scarlet!"
It turns into a burst of energy and restores everything back to normal. Evillustrator reverts back to Nathaniel, and they were all back on the bridge.
"Huh? Where am I?" Nathaniel questioned.
"Pound it!" The duo fist bumped.
"I have to admit, M'lady, you look absolutely beautiful." Cat Noir complimented.
"Thank you, Kitty. This is my new transformation: Lady Kitsune." Lady Scarlet stated.
"Interesting." Cat Noir commented.
Suddenly, Lady Scarlet's earrings began beeping.
"I have to go. Can you take Nathaniel home, Kitty?" Lady Scarlet requested.
"No problem, M'lady." Cat Noir assured her.
Lady Kitsune smiled at him before she used her yo-yo and started swinging off to her home.
Cat Noir smiled as he watches her leave before looking at Nathaniel, walking over to him. "Let's get you home."
Hawk Moth's Lair
"Noooo! The Miraculous was practically mine! And they will be. Once I have them all in my grasp, I shall rule the world!" Hawk Moth proclaimed while his window closes.
Françoise Dupont. Locker Room. Next Day
Lily was putting her stuff away in her locker. Once she was done, she closed her locker.
"Hey!" Adrien greeted his childhood friend, leaning next to her on a locker.
"Eep!" She squeaked in surprise.
"I overheard that you encountered Lady Scarlet." Adrien said.
"Yeah, I did. I'm glad that she and Cat Noir were able to help Nathaniel." Lily stated.
"Me too." Adrien agreed.
"So, can our group meet up in the library later and discuss our project?" Lily suggested.
"Good idea." Adrien accepted.
Lily smiles and begins to walk away. Suddenly, Adrien gently grabbed her hand which made her stop and turned to him.
"I'm also glad you're okay, Lily. If something bad had happened to you, I would never forgive myself." Adrien admitted as he strokes Lily's hand with his thumb.
Lily gazes at Adrien softly and gently squeezes his hand back, "I'm alright, Adrien. Nothing bad will happen to me." She assures him.
Adrien smiles at Lily and gently leads her away to their classroom, hand in hand.
Meanwhile, Marinette had been spying and saw what happened. She growled in envy. She had wanted Adrien to do that to her!
Miss Bustier's Classroom
Nathaniel sadly looks at the pages of his sketchbook. He hadn't had a good birthday yesterday, all because of hypocrite Marinette.
He shot the Dupain-Cheng girl a glare while she stared like the creep she was at Adrien.
Nathaniel suddenly heard someone sit down next to him and turned to see it was Lily.
"Lily!" He exclaimed in surprise, blushing before looking away.
"Good morning, Nathaniel," She greeted sweetly. "Happy Belated Birthday."
Nathaniel looks at her.
"I made you something," Lily looked down at a box she was holding. "I hope you like it," She puts the box on the desk, then got up.
"Lily, wait!" Nathaniel stopped her. "I... um... I want to apologize to you for... drawing you without your permission," He apologized to the designer.
She just giggles. "It's fine Nate."
"It is?" Nathaniel queried, shocked.
"Yeah," Lily nods. "And besides, no one has ever drawn me like that before. You're super talented, Nathaniel. Keep it up." She then went to her seat and sat down next to Chloé and Sabrina.
Nathaniel opens the box and gasps. Inside was mini chocolate cupcakes with Nutella frosting and birthday confetti sprinkles.
Nathaniel laughs quietly and looks at Lily, who smiles at him.
He was glad he had a classmate like Lily Rossi.
Meanwhile, Adrien had watched the two. A blank expression still painted on his face. He was certainly jealous of what happened between them. But he knew that Lily only like Nathaniel as a friend and classmate. He was relieved at that fact.
