Françoise Dupont High School - Literature Classroom
"I'm very pleased with how you all did on your last assignment." Miss Bustier said.
Meanwhile, Alya cuts out a picture of Lady Scarlet face from her book. She begins to use the cutout to her female classmates faces. She was currently trying to find out who Lady Scarlet was.
"Some of you have really stepped up, and I do appreciate it." Miss Bustier praised. "Now it's time to move on to our next assignment."
Alya moves the cutout photo to Chloé until she sees the blonde smiling smugly at her, pointing at Miss Bustier. She moves the cutout photo to Miss Bustier's face and sees her looking at her in confusion.
She quickly puts away the cutout photo inside of her book.
"Is Marinette still in the girl's room?" Miss Bustier asked.
"Uh, I don't know, miss." Alya replied.
Just then the bell rings and the students began to pack their bags, preparing to leave.
"Tonight, I want you all to read chapter three of 'The Breathtaking France, the First Thousand Years'." Miss Bustier begins to give out the students' questionnaire to her students. "Then, answer this simple questionnaire." She gives two to Alya. "See to it that Marinette receives her homework."
Alya nods and exited the classroom.
Sabrina and Chloe approaches Miss Bustier who hands Chloe a questionnaire.
"Do you perhaps know what happened to Lily?" Miss Bustier asked.
"Ah, she has a sore throat, ma'am." Chloe remembered.
"We'll make sure she receives her homework." Sabrina assured.
Miss Bustier hummed in response.
Outside the classroom
Alya tries to call Marinette but instead received a voicemail.
"It's Marinette, leave a message. Beep!" Marinette's voice-mail chuckles.
Alya sighs.
Girls' Bathroom
Alya peeks inside. "Marinette?"
No response.
School Courtyard
"Uh, have you guys seen Marinette anywhere?" Alya asked Juleka and Rose.
The pair shook their heads.
Locker Room
Alya was about to exit when she sees Chloé. She quietly hides behind a locker and sees Chloé taking a Lady Scarlet costume and a yo-yo from her locker and putting them in her bag.
Alya gasped and hid behind the locker as Chloé ran out of the locker room.
"Chloé's Lady Scarlet?" Alya whispered as she followed after the girl.
Outside Françoise Dupont High School
Alya gets out her phone. "Hey, Marinette. Ring me ASAP. We gotta talk." She sent the girl a message.
She sees Nino walking past her just then and gasped. "Nino, wait!" She grabbed his arm.
"Yeah?" Nino asked.
"Come with me. I need your help!" Alya dragged him down the stairs.
Random Bench
Alya and Nino sit down.
"So-" Nino started but was stopped when Alya cut him off by holding up a finger.
The girl called Marinette once more, but it went straight to voicemail.
"It's Marinette, leave a message. Beep!" Marinette's voice-mail chuckles.
"Ughh. I hate it when she goes AWOL. She's not calling me back! Where is that girl?!" Alya asked in frustration.
"Seriously. My man Adrien's the exact same way. But I guess you gotta be sly when Mr. Control Freak is your daddy-o." Nino says.
Just then Alya's phone rings. She taps on the news report notification.
"Once again, Lady Scarlet and Cat Noir have saved Paris from the clutches of a menacing villain." Nadja announced.
Cat Noir and Lady Scarlet are checking on a terrified and confused civilian, who was wrapped in a blanket who had gotten Akumatized. The two heroes waved at the cameras.
Lady Scarlet then points at her partner. "If it wasn't for Cat Noir, we wouldn't have won." She said in a slight hoarse tone.
Cat Noir ears twitches, hearing the bug heroine's praise. He smiled as his tail wags happily but was slightly worried for his partner, due to her hoarse voice.
Alya squints her eyes at Lady Scarlet's yo-yo in her hand.
"Hey!" Alya exclaimed. "I think I've just sniffed out who the real Lady Scarlet is!" She continued as she took Marinette's bag and takes her pad. She took out a sticky note and starts writing, before sticking it on the pad.
Then, she leans closer to Nino's ear.
"Chloe." Alya whispered to him. Nino looks at her eyes wide in surprise, before he starts laughing.
"Chloe?" Nino exclaimed, "Seriously?! She's too self-absorbed to think of anyone but herself! Much less save the world! You are cray-cray, Lady!"
"I am so not!" Alya insisted as she closes Marinette's bag. "You'll see!" She dragged Nino with her.
Marinette's Room
Marinette is in her bed, groaning as her mother Sabine came up to her room with a bowl of soup and her bag.
"Marinette! Alya brought home your school bag for you." Sabine informed, "And I also brought you a bowl of soup for your stomach bug problem."
"Thanks mom. I'm sure It'll go away in no time." Marinette smiles. "Did you tell Alya that I was sick?"
"She seemed like she was in a rush so I couldn't tell her." Sabine informs.
"Eh," Marinette shrugs. "She can last a day or two without me."
"If you say so dear. Oh, I wouldn't try calling her until the next hour. The Wifi signal is down in the neighborhood. Hope you feel better!"
With that, Sabine goes back downstairs.
Lady Scarlet is seen jumping across walls and roofs. When spotting her balcony, she throws her yo-yo, wrapping it around a tree branch to launch herself. Shen then back flipped midair and lands on her balcony floor.
"Tikki, spots off." Lady Scarlet detransforms into her civilian form, Lily.

Lily walks towards her bed and faceplants into the comfortable mattress.
"Time flies fast when you're saving the world. Day's already over!" Tikki said.
"Tell me about it. I missed an entire day of school because of a sore throat." Lily sighed as she picks up a glass of water from her nightstand. She then takes a sip.
"Hawk Moth is surely keeping us on our toes." Trixx pouted.
Lily laughs softly. "But you two don't have any toes!"
Then the doorbell rang.
The three looked at each other. Lily got up and headed to the door. When she got to the door, she was surprised to see Chloe and Sabrina.
"Chloe? Sabrina? What are you doing here?" Lily questioned.
"We're here to bring your assignments." Chloe answered, holding out the assignments to Lily.
Lily smiled softly and gently took the assignments, "Thanks girls." She thanked them.
"We told you that we would be coming over. Didn't you get our message?" Sabrina asked.
Lily checked her phone and saw that there's no signal, "No signal."
"No signal?" Chloe and Sabrina blinked in confusion and checked their phones. They both saw that there's no signal, "Wow, no signal at all."
"Sorry, girls!" A man yelled out.
The girls turned to the voice and saw a man working on the cell tower.
"Cell tower maintenance. The whole neighborhood's down. No signal for the next hour!" the man explained.
"Well that explains it." Sabrina concluded.
Lily nodded, "Thanks so much for bringing my assignments." She thanked the two.
"Don't mention it. Try to get better first before you do any work." Chloe advised.
"I will." Lily promised.
"Okay, see you later." Chloe and Sabrina waved goodbye as Lily waved back until Chloe and Sabrina entered Chloe's limo. When the limo was out of sight, Lily headed back to her room.
"Lady Scarlet saves the day, but who's gonna save Lily from her homework?" Lily asked as she entered her room.
"Don't worry, I'm sure you can do it." Tikki encouraged.
"We'll help you if you want." Trixx offered.
Lily smiled, "Thanks, you two."
And so, Lily started doing her homework. Midway through, her parents arrived home and made her some soup. After she finished eating, she went back to her homework and finished it. Then she took a relaxing shower, changed her pjs, had a cup of soothing tea and went to bed.

Françoise Dupont High School: Locker room (Next Day)
"Now don't mess up your lines." Alya pushes Nino towards Chloé's direction.
He bumps into the locker, gaining Chloé's attention. He quickly fixed his composure.
"Oh, uhhh... Lady Scarlet!" He pointed in an unknown direction. "Look over there!"
Chloé looks at the direction Nino's pointing at but didn't see anything. "Uhh, what kind of lame joke is this?"
"Uhh, what I meant was..." Nino went up close to Chloé's face. "Did you see Lady Scarlet yesterday? Isn't she amazing? I wonder who she really is."
Chloé pushes his face away from her and returns back to her locker. "Uhh... up too late DJ-ing, Nino? Obviously, you didn't get your beauty sleep."
Alya sneakily walks behind Chloé and takes a photo of her locker.
"Uh... Chloé! Alya's looking in your locker!" Sabrina exclaimed.
Alya quickly hid her phone behind her back. "Uhh... that's a lie! I so was not!"
Kim went behind Alya and steals her phone, holding it up out of her reach.
"Hey! Give it back!" Alya tries to reach for her phone but was having difficulty.
Kim laughed at her dismay.
Chloé walks up to Kim and held out her hand. "Ehem?"
Kim gives the phone to the blonde.
Chloé searches for the picture and turns the phone around, showing the picture Alya had taken. "Who's the little liar now?"
Literature Classroom
Lily felt much better from her sore throat. She was glad that she drank a lot of tea and honey along with a good night's rest after finishing her homework. While reading from her tablet, she soon noticed Marinette sneaking into the classroom and quietly made her way to her desk.
{A/N: Marinette and Alya are sitting where they originally were in 'Chosen' which is in front of Mylené.}
"So Marinette decided to show up." Sabrina commented.
"Where was she yesterday?" Lily asked.
Chloé shrugged, "Who cares?"
Meanwhile, Marinette looked around for Alya. She leans over to Mylené and taps on her tablet. Mylené looked up at Marinette.
"Where's Alya?" Marinette whispered.
"I overheard that she's been suspended..." Mylené whispered back.
"WHAT!?" Marinette yelled out, which startles the rest of the class.
"Marinette!" Mrs. Bustier called out, as she turns around to face her. "If you're going to come late, would you please do it discreetly?"
"Sorry..." Marinette apologized as she sat back down on her seat. A few seconds later, Marinette taps Mylené's tablet to get her attention again.
"What happened to her?" Marinette asked.
"From what I heard from Nino, she was accused of breaking into Chloé's locker. I mean, Lady Scarlet's locker." Mylene replied.
"WHAT!?" Marinette yelled out, which again startled the class.
"That's it, Marinette!" Mrs. Bustier pointed to the door, "Go to the principal's office!"
Marinette became a bit sad, as she grabs her bag and heads to the office.
"What was Mylené talking about?" Adrien asked, whispered.
"Exactly what she said, bro. Alya says Chloé is Lady Scarlet! She is crazy!" Nino said.
Adrien looks confused and then turns towards his tablet. It made no sense if Chloé is Lady Scarlet. Chloé was always in class, and she wasn't wearing any earrings. Not to mention that their eye and hair colors were different. Perhaps he should investigate after school.
Just then the school projector lights up, revealing Lady Wifi and Mr. Damocles.
"I'm Lady Wifi, revealer of the truth! For our first exposé, your principal would like to share a little tidbit with you." Lady Wifi put a hand on Mr. Damocles's shoulder. "So, Mr. Damocles, is it true that you wrongly suspended a student named Alya today?"
"Uh... yes, it is." Mr. Damocles replied, feeling ashamed. "But I-"
"So, you were biased? Unfair? Totally unjust?!" Lady Wifi interrupted the man.
"Yes, I was." Mr. Damocles responded in shame.
Lily squinted her eyes to look closer at Lady Wifi's phone and saw a ladybug charm on it.
'Alya.' Lily thought with wide eyes.
"For my next scoop, I'll be taking you to meet the girl behind the Lady Scarlet mask!" Lady Wifi puts a pink stop icon on Mr. Damocles, freezing the terrified man. "Stay connected." With that, she turns off the screen.
"Everyone, for your own safety, go directly home right now! And don't forget to read chapters four and five!" Miss Bustier reminded as the students began to pack up and run out.
Girls' Bathroom
Lily ran inside of the bathroom and Tikki and Trixx flew out of her purse.
"That was definitely Alya." Lily confirmed.
"That means that she'll be going after Chloé." Trixx guessed.
"Bingo." Lily smirked. "Tikki, spots on!"
Boy's Bathroom
Adrien runs inside and opens his jacket, letting Plagg fly out. "If Chloé is Lady Scarlet like Alya said, then Lady Wifi's gonna head straight for her house!"
"And it also means you must have a crush on Chloé!" Plagg teased, laughing his ass off.
Adrien grunts in protest. "Plagg, claws out!"
Outside of Le Grand Paris
Cat Noir runs on top of a roof and stopped in his tracks, seeing Le Grand Paris across the street from him.
He takes out his staff and activates his phone. He zooms in and sees Chloé through her window. She was currently dressed as Lady Scarlet, pretending to be the heroine.
"What? This can't be!" Cat Noir was in disbelief.
"Really, kitty?"
Cat Noir turns to see Lady Scarlet down beside him. Faces an inch from each other.
"O-Oh! Lady Scarlet! But-" Cat Noir yelped in surprise at the closeness, as he looks back at the hotel then at her.
"Come on, you know me better than this, kitty." Lady Scarlet takes out her yo-yo and activates her phone. She zooms in and sees Chloé pretending to be her.
Chloé threw her yo-yo, and it wraps around her legs, leading her to fall on the floor.
"Plus, I don't have blonde hair and blue eyes. Isn't it that obvious, kitty?" Lady Scarlet smirks at him.
"Yeah," Cat Noir puts away his staff. "Of course not."
Lady Scarlet puts away her yo-yo. "And besides, it's obvious that she's just a die-hard fan." She chuckles.
"Right." Cat Noir said, "By the way, do you have a plan?"
Lady Scarlet rubbed her chin in thought for a moment and then smiled, "Indeed I do."
Chloé's Room
Chloé is seen on the floor, trying to untie herself when her cell phone rings just then.
The blonde hops over to her purse and takes out her phone, answering it. "Hello?"
Suddenly, the phone starts to emit a bright pink glow. Chloé freaks out and throws it across the room.
A bright pink light flashed, and Lady Wifi appears in the blonde's room.
"Well, hello there," Lady Wifi greets as she takes out her phone. "Lady Scarlet!"
Chloé screams in fear and tries to run away, but Lady Wifi puts a pink pause icon on her, freezing her in place.
Roof Across From Le Grand Paris Hotel
"We got Wifi!" Lady Scarlet said.
She and Cat Noir head to the hotel.
Chloé's room
Lady Wifi puts a camera icon above Chloé by using her phone. She then puts an arm on Chloé's shoulder. "Well, well... So my hunch was correct a mundo."
Lady Wifi reveals herself on the screen of Paris.
"Everyone thinks the girl beneath the Lady Scarlet costume is a little angel. Think again, people! The real Lady Scarlet is..." The villain tears off the Lady Scarlet mask from Chloé's face. "Chloé Bourgeois, everyone!"
Just then our duo has burst through the balcony door before getting in their defense surprising Lady WiFi.
Lady Wifi looks between Chloé and Lady Scarlet in question. "Who are you?"
The duo looked at each other in confusion.
"Uhhh..." Cat Noir and Lady Scarlet shrugs before Cat starts doing poses.
Lady Wifi looks at Chloé. "But I thought you were Lady Scarlet!"
"Sorry to bust your news story. Next time, double-check your facts." Cat Noir suggested.
Lady Scarlet shrugged, "Not our faults that you make quick assumptions."
The duo fist-bumped each other.
Lady Wifi twitches in anger. "You'll be sorry." She uses her cellphone to delete the pink icons, releasing Chloé who trips over her leg and rolls over to her couch. She was seen upside down.
"Alya! You can't be doing this! It's not right!" Lady Scarlet proclaims.
"Alya's been disconnected. I'm Lady Wifi. News flash! Lady Scarlet, let's find out who you really are!" Lady Wifi begins to fire pause icons at the bug heroine.
Lady Scarlet dodges all the icons with ease. She then grabs Cat Noir's wrist. "Follow me!"
The duo ran towards Lady Wifi, jumping over her as she fired a pause icon at them, which they dodged. They then ran out the door.
The duo attempts to go to the elevator, but Lady Wifi fires a pause icon at it. They quickly switched directions and went down the stairwell.
"Are you sure this is going to work, M'lady?" Cat Noir asked.
"I'm not sure, but we at least have to try." Lady Scarlet replied before she and Cat Noir went into a room which looked to be a dining room.
They quickly went under a table and waited for Lady Wifi to come in. Soon enough, they heard the door open again and footsteps was coming closer to them. Suddenly Cat Noir was yanked from under the table which caused him to yelp.
"Didn't think that cats were such lousily hiders." Lady Wifi taunted.
"Take that back! Us kitties are very good hiders." Cat Noir retorted, smugly.
Suddenly, Lady Scarlet appeared and kicked Lady Wifi's hand, which was holding the phone, causing it to fly in the air and land in Lady Scarlet's hand. Then she threw it to the ground and stomped on it, releasing the Akuma.
"Get back here, you filthy, Akuma!" Lady Scarlet spins her yo-yo. "Time to de-evilize!" She captures the Akuma. "Gotcha!" She releases the purified butterfly. "So long, butterfly."
"Lucky Charm!" Lady Scarlet receives a Ladybug keychain, "A keychain?"
"What use was that going to be?" Cat Noir brow arched.
Lady Scarlet shrugged and threw the object in the air, "Miraculous Scarlet!"
It explodes into a blast of energy, returning everything back to normal and reverting Lady Wifi back into Alya.
"What?" The girl was confused.
"Pound it!" Lady Scarlet and Cat Noir fist bumped.
"Lady Scarlet! Wow! And Cat Noir! Can I get a quick interview? Just lemme grab my phone!" Alya ran to get her phone.
Cat Noir noticed Lady Scarlet's earring beeped just then. "Uhh, gotta go. You've only got a minute." He told his partner.
Lady Scarlet nods before she and Cat Noir quickly exited through the door.
Alya finally retrieves her phone. "So," She turned to see that the Miraculous pair were gone. "Oh, no! Where'd they go?"
Hotel Lobby
Lady Scarlet and Cat Noir entered.
Lady Scarlet runs into a closet and was about to close it, but Cat Noir grabs it before she does.
"Stay!" He pleaded before his ring beeps. "I won't tell anyone who you are. Cat's honor." He puts his hand to his chest whole holding the other one up.
Lady Scarlet smiled sadly at Cat Noir and placed her right hand on his left cheek, "I want to reveal my identity too, kitty. But now it's not the right time."
Cat Noir looked to the ground sadly.
"Can you wait for me until that moment comes?" Lady Scarlet requested.
"I guess I should." Cat promised.
Lady Scarlet smiled softly and kissed his right cheek which made Cat Noir's cheeks turn pink. She then closes the door halfway, allowing Cat Noir to see a small gap inside. The cat hero looks at the door handle and reaches out to it. He hesitates before he curled his hand around the handle. There was a flash of red and white light inside the room just then. Signaling that Lady Scarlet had detransformed.
Cat Noir held onto the handle and was about to open the door. But he stopped as he closed his eyes. He knew that Lady Scarlet was right. Maybe it wasn't the right time to reveal themselves. Perhaps, he should wait for the day when it'll happen. So he closes it all the way.
Inside the closet
"Phew, that was too close for comfort!" Tikki says in relief.
"Tell me about it." Lily sighs and opens the door. She peeks outside to see if the coast was clear.
"Wow, Cat actually left." Trixx commented.
Lily smiles when she sees that Cat Noir truly left and exits the room.
Outside Le Grand Paris Hotel
Adrien, now detransformed, looks back at the hotel as Plagg flies out of his jacket.
"That was the chance to find out who the love of your life really is! What were you thinking?" The Cat Kwami asked.
"That's the thing, Plagg. I wasn't thinking. I was following my heart." Adrien reveals fondly.
Hawk Moth's Lair
"Your mask will fall one day, Lady Scarlet. You'll have no choice then but to hand over your precious Miraculous!" Hawk Moth declared as his window closes.
Rossi Residence - Lily's Room
Lily was sitting near the window, looking up at the sky. She thought back to what had happened last night. She really wanted to reveal her identity to Cat Noir. Even though she already knew who Cat Noir's real identity was, she knew that she had to wait for the right moment to tell him. Perhaps, he might reveal his identity on his own.
"Lily, are you alright?" Tikki asked.
"Is something wrong?" Trixx questioned.
Lily let out a sigh and turned to the two Kwamis, "I really wanted to tell Cat Noir who I really was."
Tikki and Trixx glanced at each other and looked to Lily.
"But I know it's not the right time," Lily smiled softly and looked up at the sky, "So I'll wait until that moment."
Tikki and Trixx smiled at Lily's words and went over to sit on her shoulders, watching the clouds go by.
Agreste Mansion - Adrien's Room
Adrien was sitting on his couch, looking at the photos of Lady Scarlet on his phone.
"Adrien, were you really going to reveal yourself to Lady Scarlet if she revealed herself?" Plagg asked.
Adrien let out a sigh and looked up at the sky. Then he got up and went to the window. Plagg floated over next to him.
"Like Lady Scarlet said, now isn't the right to reveal ourselves." Adrien stated.
"So you're going to wait?" Plagg asked, surprised.
Adrien smiled softly, "I will. I just hope that day will be soon."
