My mind has unraveled

and sits, motionless, in a hefty pile of light pink thread upon the ground.

My head aches

as if a thousand stones were heaped inside it, each heavier than the last,

each inscribed with words spoken to me, or of me, or others.

My world shakes,

Trembling violently -

I lose my footing.

I lose myself,

all this behind blank eyes.
