The stars turned red before the first blade was drawn.
It began at Outpost Astrael, a floating bastion of starlight nestled between the Moon and the Planetary Realms — a place once shared by diplomats, traders, and stargazers alike. That night, the sky burned with crimson fire as the Mars Armada descended from the void.
Dozens of warships, forged from volcanic ore and phoenix flame, blotted out the constellations. Screams echoed through the halls as fire rained from the sky and towers collapsed into stardust.
At the helm of the assault stood Prince Kasei of Mars, cloaked in red steel, his eyes wild with fury.
He spoke not to negotiate — but to condemn.
“The Moon hides shadows, while the Sun cowers in diplomacy. Mars remembers betrayal. Mars will not forget.”
His voice boomed through the void as his blade, Solarbrand, split the banners of peace.
Back on the Moon, Tsuki stood before the Astral Mirror, watching the outpost fall in real-time. Cries for help shimmered across the glass, followed by static — then nothing.
The lunar council descended into chaos.
“They’re claiming we violated the Peace Accord,” said one elder, trembling. “That we awakened a forbidden power and endangered cosmic order.”
“They speak of Getsu,” Kanji murmured, face pale. “They believe her return is an act of lunar rebellion.”
The next morning, the Solar Delegation gathered in the Moon Palace courtyard. Taiyo, his armor shining like dawn, faced both his people and Tsuki with clenched fists.
“The Solar Realm has not sanctioned this war,” he said. “But Kasei is my blood. My cousin. The throne expects me to stand beside him.”
Tsuki stepped forward, voice calm but piercing. “And will you? Stand with fire… or with balance?”
A long silence stretched between them — between duty and desire.
“I came for peace,” Taiyo said at last. “But peace cannot be forged while the Moon hides its truths.”
“Truth is not always treason,” she answered.
He studied her face, the silver glow in her eyes, the quiet fire beneath her composure.
“This prophecy… this shadow twin,” he whispered. “Is it real?”
Tsuki nodded once. “She’s awake, Taiyo. And she’s not the only danger.”
As the celestial realms braced for war, Hoshi paced the corridors alone. The stars above him dimmed — as if mourning in advance.

When blood and flame rise, and light is torn, the crown will tremble.
And in the deepest void between stars, Getsu watched the Mars Armada burn the skies.
She did not smile.
She did not speak.
But the shadows behind her twisted — growing.
