Amaterazu whacked him away with his spear. Goku blocked the attack with his forearms, the spear left a burn mark. Amaterazu spread his arms out, releasing a wave of flame arrows headed directly to Goku.

Goku's injuries were still visible but his body was numb to the pain. Amaterazu raised his arm, launching forward a wave of fire shaped like a dragon. Goku caught the flame with his bare hands, using all his strength to redirect it. Amaterazu appeared behind him and kicked his spine, making him drop his hands and engulfing him in the flames. Amaterazu smashed Goku into the ground with his spear, stabbing through his shoulder. Amaterazu flew downwards while holding onto his spear, digging the spear deeper into Goku while simultaneously burying him in the ground. He pointed his fingers at him in a gun-like shape.

Goku caught his balance and immediately made his way back to the fire God. The fire that burned in his soul burned stronger than Amaterazu's flames. His wounds gradually healed faster than usual. His attacks grew sharper and heavier, his body was beginning to resist more punishment. Amaterazu struck Goku with his shield and rained down a barrage of various attacks on him, finishing it with a punch from a flame gauntlet. The punch sent Goku smashing into a mountain. Amaterazu waved his arm.
