Nikita learned how to shoot from her father when she was six, and she made her first kill at age nine. Her parents are unaware of that to this day. The thrill she got from the kill fueled her, and by the time she was fourteen, she'd killed twenty people.
She was soon scouted out by the Mafia. They offered to train her to become an assassin. She accepted, and an operative approached her parents, pretending to be a scout for a prestigious high school. Her parents agreed, after a bit of convincing on Nikita's part, and soon she found herself training with deadly assassins and international terrorists in the heart of Manhattan.
After six years of training and practice kills, she asked to become a free-lance assassin, tied to no particular organization. The Mafia leaders agreed, on one condition: She must kill a twenty-two year old boy.
