I honestly thought he was going to say yes! Like, there was more part of me that was expecting a yes than a no. My heart sank and I had to fight back tears by laughing it off. I hate when boys have this affect on me… 😡

And I get it, he has a life. Maybe he’s not into dance, that’s fine. But at least say something like, “oh I have work that day,” or “I’m spending time with my family that day.” Something so I know it’s not just him rejecting me 😭
