After 10 more minutes, I hear a knock on the front door I quickly get on my crutches and walk over to the door. And as soon as I open the door Dallas is standing there holding flowers and as soon as he sees me his jaw drops and he says “Omg Princess you look so pretty!” I smile and say “aww you’re so sweet!” He smiles and he helps me walk out the door and get into the car. As soon as we get into the car Dallas starts the car and thats when it happened we were listening to music and then the song had a crash noise. I begin to start shaking and breathing heavily. Dallas looks over at me and says “Babe are you okay?” I look down and say “Its just the song and the loud crashing noise in it.” he frowns and says “if you don’t mind me asking why did it make you get so overwhelmed.” ” I look down and say “I have PTSD from my dad, I was abused my entire life. I know that some people would still be living with there parents but my mother died when I was 13 due to cancer and my dad went to jail for child abuse and I was always dealing with loud crashing noises and yelling.” he frowns and says “Teagan I’m so sorry you had to go through that!” After a long quiet ride on the way to our date. We finally arrive at the restaurant the car comes to a stop and Dallas gets out and opens the door for me. I groan and say “when are you going to stop doing that?” He grins and says “Never, but lets just go inside the restaurant.” as soon as we walk up to the door, the hostess stands there and then asks “Do you have a reservation?” Dallas replies “Yes the reservation is under Peterson.” The hostess smiles and grabs her tablet and tells us to follow her inside. We follow her inside and she gives us a seat to sit in at the table, she then walks away and after a few minutes a waitress comes and says “hello y’all what would you like to drink?” I smile and say “I would like a Dr pepper please!” she smiles and writes it down then turns over to Dallas and says “What would you like to drink?” Dallas smiles and says “I would like a lemonade.” after a few minutes the waitress comes back with our drinks.
