Heres the basic Rules you must follow to be my top 3 pick to be winners!
1) Romance: Romance, a must-have thing in every story. Since it's a romance contest, duh.
2) One-Shot!: Make sure that your story is a One-Shot, because making two issues will be confusing to me and it's not fair to others.
3) Oh No Two Stories!: No two stories or issues. That's considered simple cheating, if you have published two stories, neither of your stories will be picked. If you would like to write another, please delete the current issue you have published.
