I stayed up really late last night and wrote a big long post about depression and how I rid myself of it... and I never actually posted it. I figured nobody really wants advice shoved down their throat (although if you shoot me a message I'd be happy to talk. Believe it or not I battled pretty severe depression for almost a decade of my life; I'm kinda an expert in a messed up sort of way)
Instead, listen to this song (A Better Place, A Better Time by Streetlight Manifesto)! This is by my favorite band, and it's quite honestly made a significant difference in my life.
I promise, however down you're feeling this will make it a little bit better.
