Tymon sighed. The creature didn't seem to get in his way and had apparently attached itself to him...so he chose to let it continue. He's never had a pet before. The closest thing to it was the dog he'd sneak and feed when he was younger...
He knelt down and softly petted its head, making it happy.
"I guess you'll need a name, huh?" Tymon said, thinking. "How about Scarce?"
The dog jumped with approval and raced off somewhere out of Tymon's sight.
"Now you leave..." Tymon muttered. He could've left it be, but since he'd gone through the trouble of giving it a name...
Tymon quickly caught up to the pup, hoping it wasn't afraid of him, but saw it barking at a piece of rubble sticking out of the ground. Was it trying to show him something? Whatever it was, it gave off a weak aura and was buried beneath more rubble and dirt within the destroyed environment.
Tymon gripped the piece of stone and spread his spirit energy across its surface to keep it from breaking as he rose off the ground, lifting it with him. When the massive piece of stone was cleared from the ground, he lowered it and placed it down.
He scanned the text written across the surface. Some of it was illegible, but from what he could tell, it was a giant monument that retold significant events in Cindar's history.
