In our Moon-dappled flight, hidden against this frightened night;

The catastrophe, rain falls upon our bodies,

And Gracious Death, the great echolocator, hath found us.

We flail against his glacial grip,

Plead and beg, bargain to be set free!

But our time is here, now, upon this catastrophe; raze.

Fight as we might, we must fall

as all have, before us.

Catastrophe! Upon his Reign!

Who could have known? Who that begg’d us could have warned?
