It was all fun and games till there wasn't laughter

Echoing off all the walls

Like a prisons

The walls are peeling and the food disgusting

I watched the aftermath

I walked down the hall

I looked into the eyes of the dead

minutes before their soul left

If I hadn't...

If I had...

If there had been...

Static rings in the hall, and a single phone vibrates

Vrrrr... Vrrrrr...Vrrrrrrrr

My heart explodes

I watch fear develop

And mumbles and whispers around the room and then

I block out all names

I stare into one pair

One pair of walnut brown eyes

I look at my black dress
