"Hey Alyssa!!"

"Hey Sarah! I was wondering if you were free after school."

"Yeah. I'm free. What do you want to do?"

"We're going to talk about our mates. I know it's about time that we find them and. . . I need to tell you something.

"Sure. Anything for you Aly!"

"Thank you so much Sarah"

"No problem! See you at lunch, and there we can discuss 'cute' boys"

Alyssa loved talking about boys but she has this weird addiction to Shay. OH MY GAWD!! What if Shay was her mate. I'll remember to ask her at lunch.

I'm off to class . . .

You know, there's this boy, he's like the most popular guy at school, his name is Tyler and he's just so annoying. He has a huge ego (which I love to offend him).

*lunch*

I walked to the tree Aly and I always sat under to eat lunch and she was already there.

"Hey Aly!"

"Hi Sarah"

"Soooo . . . I'm pretty sure you wanted to talk about some stuff? We can talk after school but I just wanna hear the news Aly"

"Okay . . . here's the news."

"Spill already, your going to make me super impatient. You know how I am"

"I found my mate!"

"YOU FOUND YOUR MATE!!!"

"YESSSS!!"

"OH MY GAWD ALY!" I sqealed, "WHO IS IT!!"

"It's Shay"

"I knew it. I could tell by the way you always looked at him. You guys are so perfect for each other "

"Well, let's go in the cafeteria. I'm going to buy lunch."

"Sure"

Aly and I went in the cafeteria to buy lunch. But then, I smelled a beautiful scent.

Mate

My wolf growled.

I turned around to see who it was.

OH NO. PLEASE LET THIS ALL BE A DREAM.

I pinched myself multiple times. OH NO, TYLER SCOTT IS MY MATE. The ONE and only.

"I Tyler Scott, reject you, Sarah Ryder as my mate"

OH NO.

I'M REJECTED . . .
