I used to believe in a quote everything happens for good but my mind always raises me a question “how many days you’re gonna to believe that?” because every friend of mine are having stays except me… bricky (a neighborhood house) thinks I am cursed, so he turns his face when I wave my hand to say hi.. Even wally (a beside house) I first thought he is a good friend of mine but later after some incidents — he started to mock me “shit house.. shit house” my name is pouchy, I am not a shit house; every time I said to myself even I thought of screaming it to Wally’s ears but that’s not gonna happen because houses as a rule.. That, a house which is unoccupied should not speak... So I am holding every anger inside me, speaking to me — waiting here for a stay with my crossed fingers.

But the only thing that stays with me for 7 entire years is that corner full of used condoms, porn pics, orcs, a family of rats, cockroaches, lizards and mainly that for sale board; the paint from that is nearly gone, edges are been rusted more than that the board is splashed with millions of semi-dried crow poops but this doesn’t happen when I had stays and I didn’t have lots of stays; I had just three, and I am keep on grinding those three stays everyday.

My first stay was a writer, he came inside me with lots of passion but instead of becoming best writers of all time - he ended up writing sex stories for a porn website. You know what he had a brilliant love story I heard him when he is narrating the draft to the mirror but nobody wants to publish it, so he dumped that masterpiece inside the closets; he didn’t last long he just stayed for one and a half years and now he is in Mexico.

My second stay was an eloped couple from Virginia… the boy is 18 and the girl is 30... That’s strange.. What love has no eyes? Anyway, the beginning of their relationships were jealous giving but later days was exact upside down, It started silly like why the bread is over toasted, why you left the tap water opened but later it becomes more and more violent even she thought of killing him in sleep, but she didn’t, then in following days they split up and left me… I always wanted a stay for decades not only me all the houses in this globe want that and if we did that we will get honored by a post called “the next king.”

I almost did that my last stay was a family — a beautiful family, they stayed for 9 years; those are my happiest days — I love to revisit it, I always get full - bellied laughs at those unanswerable questions that is been raised by their kids, and they always tickle me with their crayons, their mom’s bedtime stories. Their father has a habit of changing jobs that leads to tons of debts, One day situations turned terrible, he left his family behind and ended up hanging in a fan — there starts solace to the family.. Every person who gave money to him started to demand sex instead of money; the kids got bullied, after a year they packed their bags and flew somewhere unknown... Wally’s stay and bricky’s stay started to spread rumors about that family.
