In schoolbook pages, a few passed notes,

Deaf to any voice, twenty-four-seven,

Monk solitude, roamed in my nightmares,

Divorced journeys, homes not mine,

In here inside I was alone aloud,

Didn't feel right, just where were they?

Ran far to a familiar face, reached out,

Why won't the angels say it?

Insist that they loved me?

When I insisted I missed them so!

Instead I was told! To love myself, more!

To live by my rules! To take better, care!

Their hands held onto each other tighter,

While I did nothing but wait, but gaze,

Loving was everything I have done,

Fuck where did my life go? Fuck if I know!
