A young experimenter pushed down on the plunger and the thick translucent fluid moved from the syringe into the subject's lower arm.

"Slowly Jacob! You are injecting it too fast!" bellowed a bespectacled man in his mid forties. "Stop now! Let me do it!" he continued.

Jacob switched positions with the older man and stood aside. Two of them waited for five minutes in total silence.

"Okay. Now we can add a little bit more." said the older man. "We just want to stablized his brain, not putting him fully into sleep. He is just being too active and emotional now."

"How about N, do we need to do the same?" asked Jacob. 

"Not for the moment. We have to observe more first. And can you do me a favor and call Margaret for me?"

"She is on line 4."

"Hey Margaret. Hear me? What is the status now?" 

"K is leading them to the forest."
