@星, 嗯，動作可以表現。
假設主角緊張，言行都會比較收斂。
例：她的眼中流露出忌憚，冷汗順著額角滑過幾寸皮膚。宛如置身於最冰冷的海底，無人知曉的壓抑。
（啊啊啊我也不知道算不算心情，但是狀態啦）

想想為什麼心情好或不好（可以描述心裡的聲音），情緒來的時候會有怎樣的反應（描述外在的狀態）？高興、失落、眼神垂下，雙眼發直……這些都行，再不懂，可以多看看周遭的人、電影等等。
